维护开始时间： 本次网络带宽切割工作将于 5月29日 19:00 开始（中国北京时间 CST, UTC+8）。
Maintenance Start Time: The bandwidth cutover process will commence at 19:00 on May 29 (China Standard Time CST, UTC+8).

调整目的： 为了在服务器下架前的过渡期内，保障基础服务器和现有资源的稳定运行与平稳迁移，机房决定对本台服务器的出口带宽进行切割。
Purpose of Adjustment: To guarantee the stability and smooth asset migration of the server during the transition period before decommissioning, the data center has decided to perform this egress bandwidth cutover.

执行时效： 维护启动后，带宽切割调整预计最快可在 12 小时内 完成，最慢需在 24 小时内 全部执行完毕。
Execution Timeframe: Once initiated, the network adjustment is estimated to be completed within 12 hours at the earliest, and 24 hours at the latest.

全球路由广播： 由于全球各地区运营商的上联骨干网网关及路由广播（BGP）更新同步时间存在差异，网络策略调整后，需等待全球各地区路由广播彻底完成后，网络访问方可完全恢复正常。
Global BGP Routing Broadcast: Due to propagation delays across different global Internet Service Providers (ISPs) and BGP routing updates, network access will fully return to normal only after the global routing broadcast synchronization is fully completed.
