Introduction

At Spinus Studio, each handmade piece is created with care and attention. Because many of our products are handmade or made to order, our refund and return policy is a little different from mass-produced items. Please read the information below before placing your order.

Order Cancellation

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@handmade-spinus.com and include your order number in the subject line.

We will do our best to help if your order has not yet been shipped. If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Returns

We accept returns within 20 days of shipment for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unused

• In its original condition

• Returned with original packaging when possible

Please note that customized items, made-to-order items, and final sale items may not be eligible for return, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the problem

• Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and do our best to provide a suitable solution.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and checked, your refund will be processed.

Please allow 2–3 weeks for the refund to be completed.

Refunds apply to the returned item only. Original shipping costs are not refundable.
